You can make a Video or Audio recording or write a Letter.

Please limit Video and Audio recording to 5 minutes. If you make a video turn your phone sideways, not vertical to record.

Please limit letters to 5 computer pages or 10 pages if hand written. Sign your name or an alias. Letters can be emailed as an attachment to HERS@hersfoundation.org.

HERS needs your name, phone number and email address. We will not share your personal information, it is strictly confidential. You may use your use your real name or an alias. Your name or the alias will be below your Video, Audio or Letter.
